Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Non-personalized items may be returned at purchaser’s expense and must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Non-personalized items may be returned at purchaser’s expense and must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt for a store credit. All returned items must be in original condition. Sale merchandise is not returnable.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
